Organic sunflower lecithin is the biological alternative to soy lecithin, tasteless, highly soluble and sOmit ideal for mixing in, for example, muesli, smoothies, desserts or dips. With its property as an emulsifier, it supports baking and cooking, for example to produce firm foam or fluffy bread dough. Sunflower lecithin is also ideal for making chocolate.

Recommended consumption: morning and evening 5g each (one tablespoon).
