Our lecithin is produced purely naturally and goes through a complex manufacturing process. This is done by cold pressing without chemicals. The soybean seed is grown without genetic engineering (NON-GMO), so every harvest is free of genetically modified seeds. Recommended consumption: morning and evening 5g each (one tablespoon).
