What does the lecithin do to the soup?
The soup becomes creamier, smoother and thanks to the emulsifying function, all the ingredients combine better.

Ingredients for 6 servings:
300gr Rice
1 large red onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 Pepperoni
250g vegan minced meat
1 Dose Kidneybohnen
1 Dose But
1 can of chickpeas
650 ml strained tomatoes, yellow
750ml water
2 THE Öl
2 tsp salt
1 TL Pfeffer
1 TL Chillipulver
1 tsp paprika powder
10gr Rapslecithin

Preparation:
Chop the onions, garlic and pepperoni and fry with the minced meat and olive oil. Then deglaze with the strained tomatoes and water, add rice, spices and simmer for 20 minutes. Now add the lecithin to make the soup nice and creamy and thick.
