Homemade high protein pudding with soy lecithin
1 Portion hat:
190Kcal - 21gr EW - 11gr Khd - 6gr Fett
Ingredients:
300ml almond milk, coconut milk or low-fat milk
12gr clear cake glaze without sugar
10 grams of cocoa
25g neutral protein powder, alternatively 250g low-fat curd
1TL Sojalecithin
What does the soy lecithin do to the pudding?
Milk is difficult to combine with low-fat curd or protein powder. With the help of the emulsifying function, the soy lecithin counteracts this and the ingredients combine easily without forming lumps.
Preparation:
Mix the cold milk well with the cake glaze, bring to the boil and allow to cool. Then mix in the remaining ingredients.
