spicy wok pan with sunflower lecithin

3 onions

2 rote Paprika
250gr Champignons
3 carrots
4 Seelachsfilets
250gr Scampi
400ml coconut milk
25gr sunflower lecithin

Spices:
Salt
Pfeffer
Curry
Chilli

Preparation:
Cut the vegetables into small pieces, mix with the salmon, the scampi and the sunflower lecithin in a cast-iron wok pan, cook at a medium temperature for 25 minutes. Then add the coconut milk and the spices and bring the milk to the boil.
